Our story starts with a simple goal: to build a plumbing business based on honesty, hard work, and doing the job right. In-Home Plumbing was founded by Warren, whose journey into plumbing began long before opening the business.
Warren came to California from Costa Rica, bringing with him the mindset of Pura Vida, a focus on hard work, community, and living with purpose. After arriving in Long Beach, CA, in 2016 to marry his fiancée, he found an opportunity to help a local plumber who needed extra hands. What started as assisting with drain work and basic plumbing tasks quickly became something more.
After eight months in the field and starting his life in Long Beach, Warren realized plumbing was not just a job; it was a career he wanted to build. He enrolled in trade school and committed to a five-year apprenticeship program. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in everything from repipe work to water heater systems, developing the skills needed to handle real-world plumbing challenges.
As he progressed, Warren became a journeyman plumber and began preparing for his contractor’s license. Through dedication and consistent effort, he met all state requirements, passed his exams, and earned his license as a plumbing contractor, CSLB #1130937.
